Partner Eurocheapo had discovered several Venice activities under 10 euro. Venice being one of the most expensive cities to visit in Europe, this is a must read!

Venice, by Dr. Savage
The activities include visiting the world’s greatest museum for Venetian Renaissance art, the Galleries dell’ Accademia with wonderful works by the likes of Tiepolo, Canaletto, Bellini, Carpaccio, Giorgione, Guardi, Bellotto, Longhi, Veronese, Tintoretto and Tiziano for €6.50.
The Museo Arte Orientale Ca’ Pesaro with its collections of Japanese art and over 30,000 artifacts is a light €5.50, the Basilica San Marco can be visited for between €1-3 and a guided tour of the Jewish museum and Synagogues is €8.50.
Santa Maria Gloriosa dei Frari, situated in the heart of Venice, is a massive Gothic church with works by the likes of Titian and Donatello and can be visited for €3.
A short vaporetto ride to the San Giorgio island with its important Benedictine monastery is €3 (church visit’s free), walking the sandy movie star-studded beaches of Lido is also free, as is a visit to a gondola boatyard along Rio San Trovaso.
I think that they’ve proven that unsurpassed and mysterious Venice can sometimes be reasonably priced, provided you know where to go!
