London Hotels Insight reveal 12 secrets behind four of London’s top hotels.

The establishments under investigation were the Milestone Hotel, Hotel 41, the Montague on the Gardens and the Chesterfield. The ‘Top 12 Service Standards’ include smiling and using positive eye contact in every guest encounter, ensuring that positive first impressions will last, anticipating the guest’s needs, and (fault) spotting/owning/ fixing/following upon.
Great tips, ones I’d like to see adhered to at every, not just the top London, hotels.

[...] I have every reason to believe that the suggestions made include good insights and research in French and Spanish hotels, but surely there must be some hotels in other European countries that should make it into the top 10. For example, one could also see the more representative (in countries, at least) 10 best European hotel list provided by hotelbook, while ‘best’ could also describe places like the Radisson Hotel in Scotland’s Glasgow, which has won a “Best Hotel” Architectural Award out of 21 countries in Europe.
