Katie sent us tips on 12 tacky but terrific things to do in England’s capital, and reading through them I must agree on the terrific but not necessarily on the tacky bit.

Most of these tips you can come up by yourself, or at any tourist guide. However, the article is recommended as an excellent summary of some of the top tourist attractions, and the photos certainly bring out that London’s for all (even locals) , not just for tourists.
May I suggest that a great (and OK, tacky as well!) British way to enjoy London is to savour the gastronomic delight of fish and chips, shown below. (But PLEASE, do use the bins provided afterwards).
