The Adem Baba fish restaurants in Istanbul offer high quality, superb value for money meals. One of their Winter specialities is the Fish Soup starter, it’s rumoured that you have to get to the restaurant early to avoid disappointment. Other starters include squid and fish balls. The sardalya, similar to sardines, grilled in pairs, dulga and sole are highly recommended main courses.
