The Glass Boat Restaurant, a moored converted barge in Bristol is offering an £8 Express Lunch Menu where you choose a main course served with fresh salad. For an additional £2 you can add a dessert.

Sounds like good value as the Glassboat does get great reviews. I like the idea of having views of the surrounding water while eating.

I agree with you, the glass boat has a wonderful location – I had breakfast with my daughter there on her founder’s day when her school parades up to the cathedral – it’s quite a sight to see.
