The Irish capital of Dublin is a great destination for families. There’s lots to do in the city itself such as visiting Dublin Castle, the Temple Bar area and riding the Ghost Bus tour, as well as day trips to the nearby seaside town of Howth or a day tour around Wicklow.

When we visited Dublin we found that theatre tickets were around half the price that you’d pay in the UK. However that may have changed, partly due to drop in the value of the Pound in relation to the Euro.
What’s your top tip for visiting Dublin?
