How many times have you heard the jokes about Belgium being boring? I can’t understand this, I really enjoyed my visit to Brussels. Sometimes once a destination gets a dodgy reputation it’s nigh on impossible to escape from it.
Canals of Ghent by fugue
Well there’s more to Belgium than the capital Brussels. For example Ghent is a beautiful medieval town, full of canals, home to the Smack modern art museum. Namur, has an ancient citadel and an old town with underground passages, as well as St Alban’s Cathedral.
